About me
I am a doctoral candidate in Educational Leadership, Research, and Policy and Faculty Development Coordinator with over 25 years educator experience. My work focuses on AI literacy, innovative pedagogical approaches, and inclusive instructional practices in higher education, including developing the "AI in Academics" series and collaborative faculty workshops. Through my research on faculty AI self-efficacy and integration, I aim to create research-based policies that support educators in effectively using AI while maintaining academic integrity and ensuring equitable access for all students.
