About me
Kirsten Diprose is a podcaster and researcher based on a farm in south-west Victoria, Australia. Prior to this, Kirsten was a journalist for the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC), based mainly in newsrooms in Melbourne and regional Victoria. She continues to be a regular guest and presenter on ABC Radio Melbourne. She is currently undertaking a PhD at Deakin University, researching podcasting and local news sustainability.
Kirsten founded and co-hosts a podcast for rural women, Ducks on the Pond, as well as a comedy podcast, Town Criers. She also founded a podcasting business, Rural Podcasting Co.
